We’re true animal lovers and nature-friendly, but unfortunately, our apartments are pet-free zones in order to ensure the health and comfort of guests with allergies or sensitivities.
If you’re traveling with a service animal, please contact us before making a reservation, and we’ll do our best to find a suitable solution for both sides.

Is smoking allowed in the apartment or on the balcony?

Accepted Answer

No — smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and all other forms of smoking are strictly prohibited in all our apartments, including balconies.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

To help enforce this policy, we use active air quality monitors in addition to standard smoke detectors.
This is the only way we can ensure the consistent cleanliness, comfort, and air quality of our apartments for all guests.

All our apartments are different — some face the street, others overlook inner courtyards or quieter side areas. While all our buildings are located on narrow cross-streets, the street-facing apartments are mostly equipped with triple-glazed windows to ensure a quiet and restful environment.
